Farm Tours

Farmer Brown's Production Company is a host of many farm tours throughout the growing season pertaining to local food systems and sustainable farming methods. We have worked in collaboration with the Southern Illinois University, University of Illinois Extension, the Illinois Stewardship Alliance, and the Neighborhood Coop to provide an hands-on educational experience with sustainable farming and marketing techniques.

Organic Certification

Farmer Brown's Production Company was originally certified in 2004 by MOSA, an organic certifying agency based out of Viroqua, WI. We continue to uphold our organic integrity according to NOP standards. our farming methods adhere to strict organic management techniques including crop rotation, conservation tillage, and OMRI certified fertility and pest management.
